It takes a certain type of yoga class to get me out of bed at 5:15 on Friday morning and Ben's class is exactly that. This is a heated class with a lot of regular students, where you are always challenged and often surprised. Ben mixes a combination of cool transitions into his flow and frequently incorporates arm balances, thus making us focus completely on our practice and feeling refreshed once it's over. I am always glad I got up early for Ben's class and gave myself the gift of focus and peace through a vigorous flow.- Deena Freed
