Let 2018 be the year you turn your practice upside down. During this 2-hour workshop, we will break down and examine the building blocks of a safe, successful inversion practice. You will begin with a vinyasa practice that will prepare your body and mind to embrace these postures and their associated transitions. The second half of the practice will be interactive and explorative as you discuss, demo and attempt postures. I will help you confront your fears and learn to pick your feet off the ground with confidence. All levels welcome.
