Don't let the cooler weather slow you down! During this 2-hour workshop you will examine the actions and preparatory postures necessary to develop a safe, successful arm balancing practice. The workshop will begin with a vinyasa sequence designed to prepare your body and mind to embrace these postures and their associated transitions. The second half of the practice will be interactive and exploratory as you view demonstrations, discuss and attempt postures where just your two hands are on your yoga mat. I will help you confront your fears and learn to balance with confidence. All levels are welcome.
