Spending time upside down can stir up a wide range of emotions such as fear and excitement. Our view of the world around us rotates, gravity pulls us in a different direction, and our mind may embark on a journey into unfamiliar territory.
This 2.5-hour workshop hosted will begin with a vinyasa practice designed to prepare the body to confront inversions such as handstand, forearm balance, and headstand. The second half of the workshop is your opportunity to view demos, discuss, and practice postures where your legs are stacked over your hips and your hips are stacked over your shoulders. All levels are welcome and modifications will be offered.
