Are you interested in exploring the fundamentals of arm balances?
I am thrilled to re-connect with the community at Artemis yoga. Together we will examine the actions and preparatory postures necessary to gracefully balance on two hands. While arm balances may seem overwhelming at first, the fundamentals covered in this workshop will help you successfully unpack this family of postures. This workshop will begin with a vinyasa practice that will prepare you to tackle these postures and their associated transitions. During the second half of the practice, plan to discuss and attempt postures where only two hands are on the floor. Join me and explore what is possible together!
This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels, and modifications will be offered as needed.
